What DAYOZA is
DAYOZA counts days against published entry and stay rules, shows the arithmetic it used, and links the official source for every rule it applies. That is the whole of what it does.
What it is not
DAYOZA is not a law firm and does not give legal or immigration advice. Nothing here is a decision, a guarantee, or a substitute for the authority that actually controls your entry.
Immigration rules change, sometimes without notice. A rule shown here was accurate against its source on the date shown beside it, which is not the same as being accurate today. Where a rule has not been verified, the page says so plainly rather than presenting a guess — read those notices; they are not boilerplate.
Border officers exercise discretion. A permission may be granted for a shorter period than the maximum, and where a specific date is written into your permission, that date governs — not the rule, and not this site.
Use it, but check it
Verify anything that matters with the relevant authority before you travel. Every rule page links to the source we read it from; that link, not our summary of it, is what you should rely on for a decision.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it — including missed flights, refused entry, fines or overstay penalties. If that limitation is unacceptable for your purposes, the correct tool is professional advice, not a calculator.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, and do not attempt to disrupt it for other people. Automated bulk scraping that degrades the service for others is not permitted; if you need the data programmatically, ask.
